Apply and Compact new GAB to grade
Sterilize all GAB areas and hairline cracks in asphalt with herbicide to prevent new growth
Apply hot oil tack bonding agent to existing asphalt
Install and compact new hot mix asphalt to gravel areas
Apply and compact new hot mix asphalt overlay to remaining asphalt

We spend the time and effort to accommodate our customers to ensure their vision is realized and that only quality materials and workmanship is used to achieve such results. This drive, as well as our various tools and equipment, make short work of such projects. This in particular required a mix of demolition knowhow, grading expertise, and the ability to recognize problem areas within asphalt (both big and small). Our team was able to remove these problem areas without disturbing the asphalt that could be overlaid. Once removed from site, our team dressed these areas with enough base stone to ensure grade and stability were met. This gave us the perfect base to then apply a coat of hot mix asphalt. With the base stabilized and the new asphalt laid our customer was given parking areas that will last several years to come, improving the aesthetic of the complex, as well as, the conditions and experience of the current tenants.
